what will happen if I ve taken 1 tab of Neozep forte, 1 tab decolgen no-drowse and 1 tab alaxan at the same time?

neozep forte and decolgen no drowse contain same-
Phenylephrine HCl + Chlorphenamine Maleate + Paracetamol
so u need not to take both these drug ,only take any one of them,
if u take both ,then chance of side effects is there
alaxan is for pain and can be taken with above drugs.
