What Was The Lump In The Penis While Urinating?

Yesterday after ejaculating and then urinating with a semi-erect penis, I got a big lump on the middle of my penis. It was hard to pull my foreskin, and the lump felt like fluid. After consulting a doctor via telephone, I slept for the rest of the night, and the lump was gone when I woke up. Should I seek medical treatment or wait and see if it happens again?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your query health issues.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
The lump was a bout of Urine (-which is acidic pH), that causes a lump / bolus feeling when its evacuated -post-ejaculation(seminal fluid 7.25 / 8.25 pH).The acidic ph urine comes down urethra as -lump/ or bolus - after the passage of semen ejaculate-which is alkaline.
Other causes need to be ruled out .So you have to be careful and need to attend it seriously.
Do's-Suggested-
Consult Surgeon/Urologist.
Get ph of your urine and of Seminal ejaculate done
Get UA-Urine Analysis to detect Urinary tract Infection.
Plenty of fluids to reduce the acidity of strong Urine is enough.
Just don't worry for it.
Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
Need to Check with your Surgeon or Urologist- if things don't recover.

-Other causes need to be verified with your family GP doctor and Surgical-Specialist doctors, as the facts may be different what you submitted.
-For this Second opinion from PCP-or Gp doctor and if need be with Surgical specialist-is needed who would do proper investigation after proper physical assessment to resolve your health issues.
-for early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
