What Type Of Food Is Recommended After Undergoing Colonoscopy?

Hi there
I am going for a colonoscopy tomorrow and was wondering what the best thing to eat afterwards would be. They believe I have post infectious IBS that has been going on for years.
I am off dairy, but wondering if active yogurt with berries and a lacteeze would be a good start? I am going to be hungry and trying to prepare something big to eat, but don't know what will be gentle on my guts?

* Post procedure, you will be able to consume clear liquids for initial hours and later soft, light, easily digestible foodstuffs.
* Do not think to consume big junk foods to hamper your intestine soon after the procedure.
