Hallo Dr !

I am 30 yrs old female. I have been struggling with severe headache, nausea and I feel hungry always. No matter how much I eat I am never full. I have even gained 4pounds wait since the past 10 days. I always feel dizzy. Kindly guide me through for treatment.

Hello mam, don't get panic as the symptoms you are experiencing seems to be due to migraine....Is your pain aggravating when you are exposed to light....You can take NAXDOM toget relief from present attack and propanolol can help you prevent further attacks
