What Treatment Is Suggested For Pain In The Lower Abdomen Till The Right Testicles?

I am 24 annd 165cm tall. I have pain in my lower abdomen close to the penis and it goes down till the right testicle. I had such pain earlier and my eurologist performed the urine culture test and ultr sound which dint revel anything. he had prescibed me plasmoproxyvon which worked for the pain. after an year now I got the same pain again while kick starting my bike. it started the same way last year too. the pain this time is too bad.I have never had sex so it rules out the diseases related to it. I am unable to walk because of this pain. Wat do you think the possible diagnosis could be??My testicles dont swell and my eurologist had ruled out hernia last time. need help

Do you have fever, chills? Do you have a back pain ? raduculitis can aslo cause such kind of pain. Or you may even have a proximal ureteral or renal pelvic obstruction. If youi have voiding symtoms it can also be a pyelonephritis. Get a IVP done..
