What Treatment Is Suggested For Ear Pain, running Nose And Vomiting?

I have an almost 3 yr old daughter - she woke up complaining of ear pain in right ear. She has a low grade temp - 99.2 & has had a slight runny nose the past 2 days. She vomited about 2 hrs after awaking tonight & now seems better minus some off & on crying. What could this be & should I make an er trip tonight or can it wait for a doctor appt?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your daughter's problem is most likely an upper respiratory infection. She got temperature and vomiting due to the infection.Give her adequate hydration. You can give paracetamol syrup according to weight if temperature is there. You can give her tea with lemon.I usually treat such condition with nasal decongesants and antibiotics. If she is experiencing continuos vomiting and high temperature the you should visit ER tonight itself.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
