What Treatment Is Suggested For Dry Foreskin On The Tip Of The Penis?

Recently I have got a problem of very narrow & dry penis foreskin at the tip.
It has got cracks at the foreskin tip.
And the inner skin is patchy redish.
I tried Sofradex F cream & 'Moiste' cream alternately thrice a day, for last 3 days. No improvement.
Pl help.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely a phimosis.The definite treatment for it is circumcision,surgical excision of foreskin.First choice of treatment is local steroid ointment application.The ointment you are using is steroid plus antifungal.If no improvement then you can discuss with a general surgeon for circumcision.Hope this may help you.
