But conditions like PCOD can cause absence of ovulation and difficulty in getting pregnant. So that should be ruled out by consulting Gynecologist and doing ultrasound. Vaginal swabs should be taken to rule out fungal infection or bacterial vaginosis as infections also can cause difficulty in getting pregnant. In case of candida fungal infection there is usually curdy white discharge. In such case Clotrimazole cream (monistat) or vaginal tablets will help. Hoe this may help you.
