Hi!!!You are suffering from" BLEEDING HEMORRHOIDS" which is mainly due to constipation.Include lots of fibers in the diet,2-3 liters of water everyday. If its very painful during defecation, then apply Xylocaine jelly 2% over the anal/hemorrhoidal area,5-10 minutes before passing stool and use laxatives at bedtime.Apply ointment PILEX/FAKTU over the area and if its in the first grade, can be managed conservatively. The surgical intervention depends on the grades of hemorrhoids,so can consult a surgeon whether you need any.
