What To Expect In Future For A Person Having Blockage On Right Side?

I have 100% blockage on right side with the smaller vessels taking over the load so far referred to as a natural bypass, What can I expect as time goes on? Had breast cancer 2 yrs ago and after surgery (3rd) and radiation I had heart attack. Doing the heart cath they found the blockage and thru testing on blood discovered I previously had attacks and cardiologist said he would have been more concerned in Feb when I had the partial removal of L breast. I get off balance often and bending down I tend to get lightheaded. High BP and cholesterol controlled thru meds.

Hello,
Thank you for the interesting question.
I think you are lucky to have a natural bypass among other health problems. This means that the process of angiogenesis has developed small coronary arteries from the left side to supply the heart muscle. For the future you have to control risk factors like hypertension, cholesterol, stress etc. I think this blockage may be related to radiotherapy, so maybe you have to avoid it for the future.
