What To Do If There Is A Early Pregnancy Demise?

Hello there..I m just so worried and confused.I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant.I was admitted last week due to bleeding.I got transvaginal U/S & it stated that everything is intact except the heartbeat.I had a follow up transvaginal U/S and now it states : early pregnancy demise,no cardiac activity . I was asked again to wait a couple if weeks.I don t know what this means but I m afraid of the worst.Is there any way that my pregnancy would continue?

Almost less chances - if the scan corresponding to 7w 2days ( TVS Scan).
You can just wait and go for followup hoping the best.
