Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
So you are in perimenopause phase. This is a phase through which every women has to pass, its normal. Due to the declining estrogens level some women get symptoms like mood changes, weight gain, night sweats or hot flashes. However, it's good that your thyroid levels & cardiac findings are normal. You are experiencing faster heart beat due to anxiety, stress & partially because you are in the perimanopausal phase. Avoid addictions if any. You can take up a better lifestyle by relaxing, staying away from stress, eat healthy fresh food, fruits & berries. Exercise regularly. Get examined & get hormonal therapy if needed. Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
