What To Do If Developed Low And Irregular Heart Rate & High Blood Pressure After Angioplasty Was Done Previously?

i am mahendra singh age 63,having heart problem,had angioplasty with 2 stents in lcx &distal in 2009
Taking medicines telma80,amlo 5,aztor 20,clapitab A75 & nebicard 2.5.
Recently developed low and irregular heart rate & high blood pressure. medicines changed but no effect.pl advise

well Mr.Mahendrasingh,as per your history if you are developing decreased heart rate,first thing you should do is to discontinue Nebicard and reduce dose of Telma.Nebicard can reduce heart rate but basically it is desirable to keep your heart rate below 72 post angioplasty and heart rate upto 55 is ok for you.also you should monitor your blood pressure and it should remain below 150/90.and if your BP persistently remains below100/70 then reduce Telma to 40mg.if your spell of low heart rate and low BP are associated with chest discomfert or pain or shortness of breath then u must get immediate ECG and further work up.
