What To Do If Child Is Having Fever, Cold Hands And Motrin, Tylenol Has Not Helped?

So my 4 yr old has had a fever for almost a month now, head ache started the first round,
Now after antibiotics she spiked all of a sudden a 102+ 103 fever, only her hands and feet are ice cold. She said her back hurts , then said her head hurt. Started with Motrin worked for about 1 hr, then Tylenol and no relief she still has fever and cold hands
I have 4 kids so I'm not a paranoid first timer.
Any help?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
From your history it seems probably it may be malaria or urinary tract infection.
Your daughter needs thorough clinical examination and investigations to diagnose the condition.
Better consult pediatrician as soon as possible.
Hope this reply is OK for you.
Any further queries invited.
