My daughter is 9yrs old w precocious puberty bone age 12 yr old and has large breast already. She has a red hard lump on her left breast below her nipple. Its very red, warm & very painful to the touch. Could it be infected? The doctor cant see her until Mon.

Red hot and painful lump on left breast below nipple suggest inflammation. I.e. Infected.It requires antibiotic and antiinflammatory medicines and surgeons opinion.
For her precocious puberty she needs to be thoroughly evaluated to find out central Vs peripheral cause and then treatment of it.They sometimes benefit from GNRH analogue support.By which they can atain adult height.For that take pediatric endocrinologist opinion
