What To Do For The Severe Pain In The Back?

My husband had cifoplastia in L 1 a few days ago. There he has no more pain, but in L5 S1 region. He is in bed with great pain, taking Tramadol hidrocloruro/paracetamol (37,5mg/325mg). Are there other treatment. He is 89 years old and have osteroporosis severe.

by your husband age. most lokely cause maybe from osteoperosis compression fracture or disc degeneration disease. I think he need to do imaging to confirm diagnosis.
