What To Do For The Headache And Feeling Like Bubbles Popping In My Head?

I have had a headache the majority of the day (just found out that I m pregnant so blamed it on hormones). Now the headache is gone but I had what felt like air bubbles popping in my head. No side effects, just the noise and feeling. This has happened many times before and I just want to know what it is.
