What To Do For The Discomfort After Urination?

Hello. I pulled a tampon out of me on a light day. It was a higher absorbing tampon, (super), but it was high up in me and dry, and when I pulled it out, it hurt, like it felt like I pulled my cervix and hurt myself on the inside. 5 days later I am having mild pelvic pain, and after I urinate, it feels kind of inflamed in my pelvic area, bladder and the inside of my vagina, for about 10 or 15 minutes. Then I just have this pressure or uncomfortable feeling in my pelvic area. My ovaries hurt a little and sometimes the mild ache or pain goes down my thighs. The hotness only happens after I urinate, not during. It seems that all this began after pulling out that dry tampon. What could be wrong? Thanks in advance.
