What To Do For The Consistent Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnancy?

I am 8 weeks pregnant and constantly have nausea feeling. I vomit every day and find it hard to keep anything down. The doctors have said im fine, but it only increases as each day goes by. It almost feels like a gastro vomit not just a normal vomit. Its making me feel tired and have no energy to do anything.

Hi
Here are some tips to reduce nausea and vomiting.
Take frequent small meals/snacks.
Eat toast, dry crackers , roti etc. eat bland food.
Dont eat oily, spicy, fatty food or food that has flavors which you cannot tolerate.
Take ginger powder or use ginger in food preparations
Some of them feel good with ice cream in the morning. You too can try that.
Dont worry morning sickness usually subsides by the end of third month.

In addition to this if I were your doctor I would check your urine for ketones and blood for electrolytes and treat accordingly. If more ketones are present i would admit you to give in the drip fluids, vitamins and medicines to stop vomiting. Once you improve i would discharge you with medications to reduce nausea and vomiting.
