Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder such as thyroid, adrenal gland dysfunction, or vitamin B12 deficiency.

Chronic infection from Lyme disease can also leas to similar nonspecific symptoms.

Anxiety could also mimic all this clinical situation.

As your performed cardiac and brain tests have resulted normal, other possible causes have been excluded.

Coming to this point, I would recommend performing some tests:

- thyroid hormone levels
- cortisol plasma levels
- tests for Lyme disease
- vitamin B 12 plasma levels

If all the above tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your symptoms.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
