Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.

It is unlikely to get heart problem at this age. In most cases it could be muscular spasm resulting in pain. Is there an family history of heart problem? Any associated history of nausea, vomiting or pain radiating to left arm or jaw? If no such problem then you can get treated for muscular issue. You can take acetaminophen twice a day for 3 days. Meanwhile avoid lifting heavy weight. If condition does not improve then you can visit hospital for detailed examination.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow
up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
Wishing you good health.
