Hello
You are probably having an allergic reaction.Blepharo-conjunctivitis can result from cosmetics, food allergans, medicines, etc.
Do not use the expired cosmetic product again.Eye drops like olopatadine 0.1%
acts locally to relieve symptoms like redness, swelling and watering of the eyes resulting from allergy.
Sometimes a mild steroid eye drops for severe allergy may be needed and will be prescibed under medical supervision.
Hope you get well soon.
