What To Do For Reduce Weight After Delivery?
hi, i had c-section and now its 5 month my height is 149 and my weight is 62.i am not breastfeeding but after my delivery i use electric pump for 1 month,now my breast is bigger when compare to post pregnancy size when it will reduce and how i can lose the weight and also i am doing cardio exercises. suggest me how can i reduce my weight and also the breast size.
