Suggest Treatment To Reduce Weight

I'VE A 6 MONTHS OLD BABY. After delivery(caesarian) my stomach is very big. Pls kindly suggest me what to do to reduce my belly. Also, I was 54 kgs before pregnancy. A day before delivery, I was 72 kgs. And now after delivery, I'm 64 kgs. I wish to get back to my actual weight (i.e.) 54 kgs. Hi Dear,
I can understand your problem.Don't be panic to reduce your weight. It will be reduce gradually. If you breastfeed your baby, keep it continue.It will help to reduce your weight. Because you had caesarian , so do physical activity after consulting your gynae. If she allow you to do then go for healthy diet ...avoid all sugary, junk food, processed food products.. Go for vegetables, fruits, skimmed milk curd, nuts,chicken,fish , egg white, whole grain cereals or multi grain cereals and 8-10 glass of water per day. And have 6-8 Hr sleep .It will help to reduce your weight so much. If doc allow you to do exercise then go for 30 minutes/day physical activity. Have three meals in a day..like large meal in breakfast, moderate meal in lunch and light meal in dinner.
