What To Do For Rash On Groin That Smells Like Fish?

Hi, a couple weeks ago, I some how got a rash on my groin.(where the leg ends, and becomes the testicles), it does not itch, or burn. It just smells like fish. Sometimes is gone for a couple days. I shower ever morning. And sometimes twice a day. What should do?

Hi,
it seems that this might be due to constant friction between thighs and testicles There might be some soreness and remained this part less airy and more perspiration can give rise to rash.
Keep local part well cleaned, perspiration less and airy.
Apply calamine lotion locally.
Ok and take care.
