What To Do For Heart Pounding, Entire Body Shaking With Extreme Thirsty After Taking Clenbuterol?

hi, im a 21 years old female. i weigh 115 and mesure 5.4.
I took 100mcg of clenbuterol. A few minutes after taking it my heart was pounding and my entire body was shaking. i litteraly thought i was going to die. I was overdosing. I couldnt move because i thought my heart was going to explode. an hour after i calmed down a little but i was still extremely thirsty, heart pounding,still very shaky.
what should i do now to feel better?(its been 6 hours since i took it and i still feel my heart beating very hard)

I really appreciate your worry, the symptoms you have described here could be due the drug your are taking, you did not say anything that for what you are taking this drugs ? you can ask the doctor for another drug instead of this, take care and have nice day.
