What To Do After A Positive Pregnancy Test?

Hi i only just had my son 5 months ago, i havent had my period yet since having him, but sarurday that has just gone i was out for a girlfriends b,day i ended up home at 12ish "night", and noticed i was bleeding bright red for about an hour n half the next morning i noticed it had stopped..

But i had done 2 pregnancy tests last night just 2 see, and they came up positive!!

I have no clue what to do or if i even am, please help!!

good chance of pregnancy is there. u need to do a scan to see if the pregnancy is inside the uterus and what stage of pregnancy it is and then take the next step
