What supplements can i take while on birth control ?

I was just wondering if there were certain supplements I could take while on the birth control pill. I was curious about the benefits of Niacinamide, so if that would not hinder my birth control, I'd also be interested in hearing how effective Niacinamide is when it comes to skincare. Thanks!
