What Should We Do To Avoid Pregnancy?

Hello....I had unprotected sex with my gf...i released sperm outside the vagina...but I m not confirmed that during sex sperm are released inside vagina or not...she has teaken i pill with in 8 hrs.....I worried ....about the pregnancy.... What should we do..to avoid..pregnancy...plz advice...

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Please don't worry, I pill is an emergency contraceptive, IT prevents conception by postponing ovulation & is best effective when taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex.
It will prevent conception in your friends case too. She will have slight bleeding within 8 days of taking pills , her normal menses will be delayed by 8-10 days.
Please make it a point to use some form of contraceptive before sex hence forth.( Cyclical oral pills, Cu T/ condom as per suitable.
