What Should The Dosage Of Antibacterial And Lagaflex Paracetamol For Typhoid Be?

doc my husband is suffering from typhoid fever his doctor prescribed antibacterial and lagaflex paracetamol 1 tab 2x a day but he takes the lagaflex pracetamol 3x a day instead of 2x a day because he cant tolerate his high fever.is the dose ok taking that way?

It is not mentioned, what antibiotic he is kept on?
For your answer, yes paracetamol (650 mg) can be taken thrice a day, upto a maximum dose of 2 grams per day. Doses more than that are not considered to be safe. He may use cold sponging if paracetamol is in effective.
