hello and thank you for asking HCM,
I understand your concern. Regarding your symptoms it seems like you are having gastroesofageal reflux, which means that your stomach content enters the oesophagus which causes damage and pain since stomach content has more acid and therefore irritates the oseophagus.
Difficulty breathing is one of the more frightening symptoms. The most common conidtions for this are feeling that food is stuck behind the breastbone,
heartburn or a burning pain in the chest (under the breastbone), increased by bending, stooping, lying down, or eating,
nausea after eating.
My suggestion is to visit your GP or an gastroenterologist to make proper examination and get appropriate medication.
Until than try to you can use antacids after every meal, or better
proton pump inhibitors or H2 blockers since your symptoms appear all the time.
I hope this answer was helpful to you.
