Hello Welcome here I can understand your concerns. Most importantly in this report, the sperm count is vey as well as motility and morphology is also reduced. I think there can be some infertility issues with this report. I must however tell you, there are reports that people with almost similar reports have been fertile. I would suggest you to consult a infertility specialistl. Tablet paternia, twice a day, when taken for 3-6 months is claimed to be eefective in increasing sperm count and motility. He must quit smoking and alcohol, if he does so. Vitamin E and vitamin C supplements can also help but efficacy doubtful. Hope this helps.
