General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The sperm count is normal. You can consult a urologist and get evaluated to look for prostate related problems which can cause abnormal sperm cells.

Sometimes it can be a transient change and revert without any treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
