What should be the duration for practicing yoga and diet plan to follow to get a lean muscle and increase fitness level ?

Hello, I m 16 years old, female, and I want to build some lean muscle mass and increase my fitness and health level. Would doing yoga 4-5 times a week with 1 hour practice each day be enough to stay healthy and fit? What type of food should I eat to boost muscle building? How often do I need to exercise and if yoga is not enough, what else can I do? I m practicing power yoga.
