What Should Be Given To An Infant For Fever, Cough And Congestion?

Hello Sir, my 4 months old daughter has cough and and fever from last 2 days ,looks chest conjugation.please suggest medication .I have cough syrup (Paracetamol 125,Phenylephrine HCI 5 & cetrizine HCI 2 suspension) is it OK .suggest dosage . Regards, Thanks

The cough syrup you are giving is OK for you baby.
2.5 ml/dose 3-4 times daily will do.
Steam inhalation 1-2 times daily relieves congestion.
You may also use saline nasal drops locally.
