i m 34 yr, 45 kg, single, 32-30-33, hemoglobin which is 10.4 gm/dl T3 2.89, T4 10.63, TSH 1.22 , rbs 80 to reduce abdominal fat , i am doing exercise at home in morning 15 to 20min. while doing push up against wall or stretching exercise as pranayam in standing position hands raised up, i feel sensation in vaginal area and somewhere stretch in anal area. whats the solution
