Hi, I can understand your concern for itching caused by scabies in yourself. It is quite usual to find itching for multiple of weeks even after treatment of scabies which is known as post scabies pruritus. it is due to the dead mite remaining in the skin and causing sensitivity. Check for the same type of itching in other family members.The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications. You can apply hydrocortisone cream and can take the antihistamine like loratadine or benadryl by mouth. Take care.
