What Should I Do To Lose Post Pregnancy Weight?

I'm 8 months post pregnancy. I didn't get the chance to breast feed for more than 3 months after 2 months my breasts dried up of their milk and just last 2 weeks my breasts started leaking again. I have had my tubes cut and burner I think if not just tied after 3 months post partum, and took several pregnancy tests all saying negative. I get headaches every day, I can't lose weight and have been eating nothing but salads and all natural fruit and veggie smoothies along with working out 45 min a day. I have been 157lbs since the day I had my daughter and I'm about to rip my hair out! Idk what else do to. I feel like my back is breaking (lower back pain only) my hand and foot feel like I have carpel tunnel and my hair won't stop falling out.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Hair loss can occur post delivery. It is related to a condition called telogen effluvium which is thinning or shedding of hair after any emotional or physiological trauma. Childbirth is one of the causes of this to occur, it is self limiting and your hair should stop falling out.
There are other causes such as stress and diet lacking in vitamins, zinc.

In terms of the weight loss, there are different diet programs available: the low fat/low calorie diet and the low carb diet.
You should choose the one that best suits.

Since you are experiencing difficulty losing weight on your own, you may want to either consult a weight loss doctor or enter into a commercial weight loss program.

I hope this helps
