Hi,

Due to acidic nature of urine, it hurts at the area of injury. You can use analgesics to reduce the pain and lidocaine gel can be used locally to reduce burning sensation during urination.

Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work. Let me know if you have any further questions.
