What Does Stinging Sensation In The Penis Indicate?

I went to the doctor and got a urine test. It came back clean, however I still get a stinging feeling in the frenulum part of my penis throughout the day. I have been taking doxycycline and flomax for 6 days and still get this stinging feeling in the frenulum of my penis. Do you know what causes this or how it can be fixed?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please undergo ultrasound abdomen to rule out urinary stone. As the urine examination is normal there is need of ultrasound. Increase fluid intake.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
