Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be negative for tuberculosis, and had treatment for that. The causes for the lymph gland in the neck may be head lice, or any infection near to that gland, either dental, mouth, nose, or ear.
Or there may be the fibrosis of the lymph gland, and contracture of the tissues.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ascorbic acid 500mg once daily for 10 days to relieve the contractures.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
