What Should I Do For Redness And Bleeding Bump After Forehead Injury?

Fell and hit my forehead. Have walnut size bump/hematoma. Happened one week ago. Still bleeds when I put hot cloth on contusion. One black eye developed a few days later with a tiny bit of redness under other eye but not black. Went to urgent care 48 hours later and they looked me over and into my eyes and said everything seemed ok. No confusion, no headache, no vomiting. Just the original site of injury and black eye that are slow to resolve. Anything else I should do?

Welcome to HCM.
Bump is due to blood collection in the soft tissue.
There is oozing of blood from the lump due to development of opening on that.
Black eye is due to settled down of blood from the forehead.
You have to take nsaid with serratiopeptidase.
Apply ice 3 to 5 times a day.
Do regular cleaning and dressing on forehead.
It will subside within next 15 to 20 days.
Get examined by your family physician .
