What Should I Do For Dry Throat And Bumps In Mouth?

I am currently getting over the flu and just yesterday I noticed my mouth was really dry. Today my mouth and also left side of my throat feels dry. I just noticed I have bumps on the back of my tongue. They don't hurt like when you have a sore taste bud. The bumps look they same color as my tongue.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The dryness in the throat can be because of the reduced salivary secretion secondary to stone in the duct. The other possible cause can be because of the medicines like antihistamines like cetrizine, atropine etc.
Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of artificial salivary substitutes like carboxy methyl cellulose. The bums over the tongue can be a inflamed circumvallate papillae. This happens because of nutritional deficiency or even dry mouth can cause this.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
