Hello. You need to see a physician and get an exam and some blood tests done to make sure that you are not anemic or have other problems. Here's some suggestions to try until you see your doctor. Drink at least 6 large glasses of water daily. Do not drink tea, coffee or soda with caffeine. Do not drink any alcohol. Eat small meals regularly. When you are standing at work move you legs around a lot, this keeps the blood from pooling in them. Just shake them around or bend them at the knees, but move them around a lot. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
