What Should I Do For Delayed Periods?

Hello Doctor, I got married a year before.... after marriage my period dates are irregular.....doctor told me lose weight after that my period dates were regular like before marriage but suddenly this month I ve missed my period....I m worried about it....what should I do know? suppose if I m pregnant can I do exercise like walking and yoga? Thanks for your help

Hi,

The symptoms you have described suggestive of a condition called PCOS. Consult a gynecologist at the earliest and get evaluated. You have to start on drugs like Metformin and hormonal pills to make your periods regular.
