What Relieves The Pelvic Pain Having Diagnosed With Endometriosis?

I am a 44 yr old woman. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in the late 80 s. In the very early 90 s, i underwent some exploritory surgeries to see how fast the scarring returned. Since then i have had 3 tubal pregnancies, left ovary removed from damage by cycts. In 2010 i had had enough of the pain and problems. So i had a complete hystorectomy . But i am still experiencing all the same symptoms, without the menstral of course. My ppo does not want me to take hormones. I even underwent bladder surgery 2012, thinking all the pelvic pain had to be coming from the bladder since i had no reproductive organs left. I am at my wits end!! What can i do to rid the pain??
