What Precautions Should One Take For Eye Care While Working For Long Hours On The Computer ?

When working on the computer, make a conscious effort to blink more often. It produces a tear-film, which moistens and refreshes your eyes. -any studies/lab results regarding with this one?

Dear the things are pretty clear.In normal case eyes especially the conjunctiva (which you see,the white one)gets its nourishment from the tears.When you blind the surface is moisten and it prevents drying of it.When you are using computers ,you blink less often which leads to dryness and all sort of problems of eyes.This is a normal physiology not a study report.So it is the right thing.bye.
