hello doctor myselef Pranjali.I am 30 years old.i am pregnant of 5 and half month.Before two days i known that i have thyroid TSH 7.35.Please give advise me what kind of precaution should i take that TSH level is decrese and thyroid effect on my child

The TSH should be less than 2.5.
You should start thyroid hormone replacement tab eltroxin 100mcg immediately. After 4 weeks please repeat the tests.
