What Precautions Should I Take To Avoid Leaking For Swimming During Periods ?
I m currently on the third day of my period. After like 3 o clock today my period became light and it s about 11 now and it still it still isn t heavy. Tomorrow I want to go swimming with my friend in the lake. I don t know how and currently don t want to use a tampon. Would it be fine if I put a few liners in my swim bottoms or would it leak?
