What Precautions Should I Take For Thyroid Symptoms?

i am not sure that i am suffering from thyroid but the symptoms are same . I have joint pains in fingers if hands wrist and ankels,weight gain,hair loss, mensuration problem....plz tell me what meal should i take and what precautions should be taken. i dont want to go to doctor.

Hello and thank you for asking.
You are right, your symptoms do correlate with hypothyroidism but it should always be confirmed by hormonal dosage. If the hormones are within the normal ranges than hypothyroidism is ruled out.
Taking medications without a proper diagnose is not recommended because the damage is higher than the profits.
I should recommend you to check TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 and than contact us again.
